POLICIES

We want you to be happy with your item. If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your purchases. We will gladly send any additional photos you may require.

We do our best to accurately describe each garment and provide all measurements. Flaws are noted, however many items are more than 30 years old, and show some general wear.

RETURNS:
Customers are entitled to return an item within 14 days if it is different to how it was advertised by GOONHOUSE, and is unworn. Should the customer wish to return an item, they must inform GOONHOUSE within 14 days of receiving the item.

The customer must provide a detailed description of the fault, as well as provide photographic evidence. GOONHOUSE will then provide instructions on how to return the item. Once the item is received by GOONHOUSE, a refund will be issued through Etsy.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case GOONHOUSE will refund the return postage.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is adequately packaged so that it arrives back to GOONHOUSE undamaged.

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items. If your order gets lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your local post office.
