The garment zips down the front. If the child needs a diaper change you can easily unzip from the foot and keep the sleeves intact.
The bunting has a loose fitting hood. It has elastic just at the top of the hood to help hold its shape to the child's little face.
The bottom of the bunting opens fully. There is elastic casing at the bottom to draw it close, but you can still reach up through the bottom, or lay it flat when you are dressing the child.
If you have ever used Cloud 9 Organic Flannels you know how thick and sturdy they are. This garment has a single lay below the waist and double layer of flannel for the top and hood.
Machine wash cold, Line or tumble dry.
