This listing is for one vintage Kwik Sew children's pattern #855, sizes 4 and 6, height 41 - 47", chest 23 - 25", "Child's (footed, one-piece) Sleeper", from the 1970's.

The envelope has some minor tears and crunches and the instructions are in very good condition. The pattern pieces have been cut to size 6, so size 4 is also available. The appliqué pattern is unused.

This pattern needs a 14 inch zipper. I've got five vintage ones, listed in my Sewing Supplies category, at this address:
