This tutu is custom and made-to-order. Please note that the waistband is elastic and has room to grow. This tutu is meant to be shorter in length and general sizing is as follows:

6-12 months: waist size: 16"
12-18 months: waist size: 17"
18-24 months: waist size: 17.5"
2T: waist size: 18"
3T: waist size: 18.5"
4T: waist size: 19.5"
5T: waist size: 20"
